Flu Vaccination Clinics

If you have not yet booked your flu jab and are eligible to have the vaccine, please speak with the reception team to book an appointment.

Clinic dates are by appointment only. We will not be holding walk-in clinics this year.

If you are eligible and have not yet had your flu vaccination please phone for an appointment for our next clinic which is on Thursday 15th October in the afternoon.

Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation letter from us.

Please make sure you turn up for your appointment alone unless you need assistance. Please also turn up on time.

Please note, we will be operating a socially distanced queuing system and strict infection control measurements to reduce the risk of COVID-19.

Please call the surgery on 02392 474351. Please note, our busiest times are between 08:00 and 11:00 and 14:15 and 15:00. Please try phoning after these times AM and PM to book your flu vaccination.

Please note that, if you are aged between 50 and 64 and not in a clinical at risk group, the earliest you will be offered a flu vaccination is November, providing there is sufficient vaccine. No appointments will be offered for people in this age group until then. This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first. If you are aged 50 to 64 and are in a clinical ‘at risk’ group which is eligible for the flu vaccination, for example you have a health condition which puts you at risk from the flu, you will be invited earlier.’

We will not be vaccinating any child on the above dates. Please wait for further guidance.
